Cesar J. Herrera, M.D., FACC
Dr. Cesar Herrara is a Non-Invasive Cardiologist. Clinical interests include heart disease and diabetes and heart disease in Latinos.

He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Catholic University in the Dominican Republic. His residency and internships were performed at Wayne State University. He also was a Cardiology Fellow at Northwestern University.

In addition to his clinical work he is an Assistant Professor at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center; and Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
 
Thomas N. Levin, MD, FACC, FSCAI
Dr. Thomas Levin is an Interventional Cardiologist. His clinical interests include the study and treatment of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, valvular heart disease and risk factor modification.

Dr. Levin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, attended Medical School at the University of Missouri, and performed his internship and residency at the University of Chicago.

In addition to his clinical practice work, Dr. Levin is currently an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois (Chicago); an Assistant Professor at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center; and a Director, CCU, for Advocate Christ Medical Center.
 
Frank S. Saltiel, MD, FACC, FSCAI
Dr. Saltiel is President of the Illinois Heart and Vascular Foundation.

He is an Interventional Cardiologist. In addition to coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, he has special interest in acute coronary syndrome and myocardial infarction.

He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, and attended Medical School at Northwestern. His internship, residency, and cardiovascular fellowship were completed at Stanford University. Dr. Saltiel also performed additional interventional cardiology training at the Indiana Heart Institute.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Saltiel conducts numerous clinical research trials as part of the IHAV Foundation.
 
Cathleen D. Biga
Cathleen D. Biga is President and CEO of Cardiovascular Management of Illinois, a cardiology physician practice management company with 45 FTE cardiologists.

She has over 30 years experience in health care including administrative roles as hospital CEO. She entered medical practice management more than nine years ago.

She is a national speaker on cardiac and peripheral CTA.

In her current practice she is responsible for strategic planning, growth and development of the practices, operational efficiencies, billing and collections, and development/implementation of new technologies.
